Req:inventory optimization

The Inventory Optimization Enhancement is going to be designed as a Extra functionality of the Inventory Management Module. The main target of the Inventory Optimization Enhancement is to improve Item requester's service and reduce cost simultaneously.

 Following are the requirements that have been found out for the Inventory Management Enhancement

1. Predicts the stock outage for a Inventory considering the
   current stock transfers and generate a report with
   suitable charts.
   There fore when different inventories request the same item from
   same inventory at the same time the system is capable of prioritize
   the transferring item procedure between inventories. For example if
   two different inventories make a request from same inventory asking
   for a same item at the same time then the system checks the
   stock outage date of each inventory and give the priority to  
   replenish the inventory with requested item which is sooner going  
   to outage stock.

2. Considers the relationships(dependents,complimentary ,alternatives ,ect) between items in its optimization    
   algorithm.
   for example Computer -> Key board ,relationship would be useful in
   ordering computers or even predicting the stock outage of keyboards
   with the knowledge of Computer usage pattern.

3. While transferring items between inventories the system enables end-user to select item to transfer from the 
   nearest inventory or  
   the inventory having the largest amount of the desired item.
